The AS63A Portable Vibration Meter (previously marketed under VM63A) is a versatile handheld vibration analyzer developed for industrial vibration measurement and machine condition monitoring. Using a precision piezoelectric ceramic accelerometer, the instrument converts mechanical vibration signals into electrical signals for accurate analysis of machine vibration levels.
The meter supports measurement of three key vibration parameters:
- Acceleration (m/s²)
- Velocity (mm/s RMS)
- Displacement (mm)
These measurement modes allow maintenance engineers and technicians to evaluate machine health, detect abnormal vibration patterns, identify bearing wear, shaft misalignment, imbalance, looseness, and other mechanical faults before they lead to costly equipment failures.
